Greenwich Med Spa is a med spa through and through - so you'll find injectables here, lasers, peels, sculpting, and tightening, to name a few. They have at least 8 locations, all over Connecticut, NJ, and NY.
They offer a VIP membership option, and usually give 20% off for your first visit! The location, in the shopping center, is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking available.
You will see the signage for the med spa, but you will need to go inside the building where it says The Suites and follow the signs for the spa.
#PROTIP: Located in the heart of Glastonbury shopping center (Glastonbury boulevard), you can make this a full day of shopping, spa, and lunch!
🌿 Atmosphere & Extras
Overall, Greenwich Med Spa looked new and clean. As soon as I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the manager and given a tour of the facilities, which was a really nice celebrity treatment. They also provided me with a water bottle inscribed with their logo.
The waiting room/relaxation room/check out area are all one in the same.
Booking is easily done online through their website, and there are ample reminders prior to the appointment.
Review of Services Received
Diamond Glow Facial
The Diamond Glow Facial process was very quick, probably 10 minutes. I love how it feels, it's no secret that microdermabraison is one of my favorite treatments, and it's very similar to that. The process also infuses serum into your face. My skin looked amazing and glowy after. See my other post on DiamondGlow for more details.
The process was fairly simple - a cleanse of my skin, an evaluation, the DiamondGlow treatment, and a mask. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of advice about my skin.
The treatment bed was comfortable and heated and the music was relaxing. The lotions used on my skin were warmed which was really nice.

Score Rationale
PROS:
Bathrooms and treatment rooms were clean
Staff was friendly
They provided a free consultation on another treatment right after, which was above and beyond
The manager greeted me and gave me a tour, I did not wait at all to be seen for my treatment
CONS:
While the mask was on my face, I received a very brief massage, and then the esthetician went about cleaning the treatment room and wiping down surfaces, for quite some time. If clients are paying for the treatment, there should be a continued service throughout the entire time. It was also very distracting and took away from any relaxation.
The up-sell of products at the was much more intense than other spas.
