I had a wonderful experience at Nolla Wellness. I started with a mini facial that left my skin glowing. The treatment included a gentle massage, steam, and hot cloths to open up my pores. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mini facial.
After that, I treated myself to a reflexology session. It was fantastic! They even provided a heated eye mask during the massage, which added an extra layer of comfort.
To wrap up my visit, I spent 45 minutes in the salt room. It was all mine, and I found it to be both beautiful and relaxing.

I was delighted to discover that Nolla is easy to access, even in New Haven. There’s convenient off-street parking, making it a breeze to visit.
You can book your appointment online or by phone, and they were very responsive to my emails. The spa itself has a charming vibe. The treatment rooms are tucked away, providing a sense of privacy.
In the waiting area, they offer water, which is a nice touch. The treatment bed was heated, and the atmosphere was soothing, with calming music and dim lighting. I did hear some chatter outside during my treatment, but it wasn't too distracting.
