This is a good option if you want to save time and money, but won't be the most luxurious spa in Connecticut. Overall it was clean, with relaxing music and a modern design. They offer essential oils and water as extras.
The service itself was decent, the masseuse moved rather quickly and the lights were on the first 20 minutes of the massage for some reason. While this visit was adequate, it's worth noting they have excellent Yelp reviews so it may be worth your while to stop in.
