*Note: There are currently two spa locations at Mohegan Sun - the SKY tower and the EARTH tower. The Sky Tower is the larger of the two with the most amenities, including a pool and a hair salon, while the Earth Tower lacks this. I hope to provide you a review of both eventually!

From massage, facials, to hair and nails, there are a wide variety of services offered.
The provider was very knowledgeable about skincare and provided a lot of education during my facial service. She was very friendly and did a good job although I prefer a more "relaxation" focused service rather than detracting from that with product talk and recommendations.
🌿 Atmosphere & Extras
Booking: A couple hiccups booking. I really wanted the "Hot mineral body boost," but apparently it wasn't offered at the specific spa tower I was booking (Sky Tower), so instead of indicating that, the website just shows "no appointments available." Not realizing, I had to call to book the appointment. They informed me that the women's Jacuzzi is indefinitely out of order. Otherwise, typically you can book online through the website.
Hours of Operation: The spa opened at 9:30 am on a Saturday but my appointment was booked for 10 am. Not realizing this, I felt rushed to shower and prep before my first appointment.
Amenities: The relaxation room, sauna, steam room, and pool were wonderful to have available for use. Hair dryers, deodorant, mouthwash, razors and hairbrushes are available to get ready to go out for your day.
Bonus: A lovely attendant checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and offered water.
Extras: The relaxation room area was cozy and dimly lit, which was very relaxing. The music was appropriate and calming. Tea, water, coffee, and apples were offered as extras. The treatment table was heated.
Crowd level and Co-ed Status: I went on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all, which is preferable to my taste. I do not want to try to relax in a hustle and bustle setting. I also enjoyed that it was not co-ed and it was separated.
Tip status: A 20% tip was included in the booking.
