PRENATAL MASSAGE - This is a side-lying massage with light
relaxing pressure. Great for stimulating circulation, reducing swelling, and easing neck and back pain.
The quality of my service was excellent and the therapist was friendly and very knowledgeable.

🌿 Atmosphere & Extras
The feel of this spa was very unique - it's located on an old farm in Litchfield, CT. The farm is surrounded by woods and is very picturesque. It was the first spa where I really felt like I was in a retreat and away from the hustle and bustle. As it is a resort spa you can stay there if you wish, as well as eat dinner which I recommend.
The spa was very clean and updated but on a smaller scale. Amenities were limited to a co-ed relaxation room and co-ed spa, as well as an outdoor pool. Despite being small, it was quiet and not crowded on a Saturday.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered coffee, tea, and infused water, but no snacks.
The treatment bed was heated and the music was soothing and appropriate.
Booking is done by phone, which seems to be the standard for high-end spas.

I gave this spa a high rating because I found the service to be very good. I hope to go back again for more treatments.
